The Pierce Family {family}

What a beautiful family! The very first picture I take of them on this session turns out perfect! They are naturals in front of the camera. I had fun venturing downtown with them and then heading over to Woodward park. Thank you Matt and Julie for letting me photograph your family! Here are a few of my favorites.

Cody {children}

I can't believe my baby is going to be 3 years old in just a few weeks! These years have gone by so fast. He is sure growing into a handsome young man though! For his 3yr pictures I wanted to take him to the train since he loves trains. But as soon as we got there we discovered that the train was covered in wasps. So we decided to stay as far away as possible and got some quick pictures of him with the train behind him (a safe distance!) and then we ventured into historic downtown Collinsville for a few more. Who would have guessed that my own son would be my toughest client! He was more interested in the things around him then actually looking at me and smiling for the camera! So I did my best and did end up with some cute shots. Although he is giving me the "hurry up mom" look in most of them!

Abuelaileh Family {Family}

This session was done in Historic Downtown Collinsville. The train depot/museum has been a place I have wanted to do a session at for a long time! When Jessica asked me to do their family pictures and she was thinking downtown Collinsville I was so excited! Her children are absolutely adorable! I look forward to working with them again!

Cinocca {Children}

First I must say that I absolutely adore these children! I have known them for quite some time now, and every time I'm around them they make me smile. These pictures were taken at their grandmothers beautiful backyard. I had a lot of fun with this session. Here are a few of my favorite ones.

What a beautiful family! The Benson family was so fun to photograph. They are such sweet people and have the most beautiful little girl!

Beiriger Family {Family}

I'm going to be honest...I was so nervous going to this session! I met Ashley through MOMS Club and we've become good friends. When she asked me to do her pictures I felt like the pressure was on for me to do a good job! What a beautiful family. Very soon after starting I suddenly felt calm. They made it so easy! Thank you Ashley and Cody for letting capture your family! You have a wonderful family and 2 very precious boys!

Little Cousins {Children}

This session was so fun! My photog friend Kristen, of Son Kissed Photography, let me follow along on this session of hers for practice and to help build my portfolio. She is such a great friend. It's great to be able see a professional photographer on the job and even better that she is letting me practice with her and learn from her at the same time! Thank you Kristen! Now in this session there were 5 little cousins, all boys, and most under 2 yrs old!! It was crazy! They did a great job and little Max was hamming it up to the camera! I was able to get several great shots of little Max since he just sat there and let us take as many pictures as we wanted!! Since the other boys were busy playing and having fun, I mostly stayed back and let Kristen do her work since she was having to work fast! I did get some shots of little Jaden and Nick too!
